NFA CANCELLATION POLICY

 

At NFA Soccer, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our participants. Our policies ensure transparency and fairness while addressing cancellations, weather disruptions, and public health concerns.
 

Program Cancellations

  • Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of fees.

  • Cancellations by NFA Soccer: If NFA Soccer cancels a session or event, participants will receive a full refund or credit for the canceled session.
     

Membership Cancellations

  • No Refunds for Memberships: All membership fees are non-refundable. This includes cancellations by the participant or a decision to withdraw from programs during the membership period.
     

Weather Policy

  • Outdoor Sessions: Severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, snowstorms, extreme heat, or poor air quality, may lead to session cancellations. Participants will be notified via email, phone, or text at least two hours before the session.

  • Rescheduling or Refunds: If an outdoor session is canceled due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will receive a credit for the canceled session.

  • Indoor Sessions: In cases where indoor facilities close due to weather, participants will be notified promptly, and the same rescheduling or credit policy will apply.
     

COVID-19 and Health Safety Policy

  • Health and Safety Measures: NFA Soccer follows all public health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for participants. This includes social distancing (when applicable), equipment sanitation, and encouraging proper hand hygiene.

  • COVID-19 Cancellations: If a session is canceled due to COVID-19 or any other public health emergency, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Rescheduling or credits will be offered when feasible. No refunds will be provided for health-related cancellations unless otherwise stated.

  • Participant Responsibilities: Participants must follow health and safety protocols, including staying home if experiencing symptoms, testing positive for COVID-19, or being exposed to someone who has tested positive.
     

Special Circumstances
In cases of serious injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
